Bennett’s Furniture Refinishing is a wonderful local business. The team is always very responsive, professional and willing to take the time to talk things through to make sure everything turns out exactly as I envision. They understand how important family pieces are to me and they treat them with care and respect. The biggest job they did for me was refinishing my grandmother’s 1938 dining table, chairs, cabinet and buffet. The chairs were originally built in a very fragile way, were in bad shape and had been glued and poorly repaired by others over the years. Bennett’s took them completely apart and rebuilt and refinished them along with the rest of the dining set. Since then, the chairs have stood up to daily use by my family for six years and everything still looks amazing! I will be forever grateful to Chad for helping me preserve such important pieces of my family history.
Approximately 9 years ago when looking to have an antique china cabinet refinished I came across Bennett’s Furniture Refinishing in Shively, Ky. Since then I have used them several times and would definitely not use anyone else. They are very knowledgeable and always willing to help me with any questions I may have. As you can see by the pictures they do an excellent job. Two of the pieces had been painted. I could not be any happier with the results.
